Secure video calls

• All callers must be on the prisoner’s visitor list. The main caller must be over 18.
• A picture of your passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address if your ID does not show it.
• The Official page says your account can take up to 24 hours to verify. How long the prison then takes to accept the call is local.
• You need one of two apps: Prison Video or Purple Visits. Which one depends on the prison.
• Use a phone or tablet. The Official page says this is not available on a computer.
