“One phone call allowed in reception on the day of arrival. Then the PIN is activated the next working day and they can contact whoever is on their phone list (generally gets transferred from previous prison and does not need to be added again).”

“Releases happen between 9am and 12pm (the most common time is around 10am). The specific time depends on how many prisoners are getting released that day and if all the paperwork is ready in time.”
