Use GOV.UK send money to someone in prison. That is the product. Everything else is a leftover.
You need name, date of birth, prisoner number. If they have just arrived, wait a day and try again.
Money pays for phone credit and canteen. If you want calls, this is the action — not a letter asking them to ring.
