Licence recall is not a new sentence. This is what families usually see first, and how long the wait for a call can be.

    A recall is a licence return, not a new sentence. They go back to prison while the recall is processed.

  2. The first call is the first wait

    The first family question is the first call. The old PIN list does not always travel with them.

    Search the prison they went back to. If nobody has said how long the first call took after a recall, add it.
